Active Release Technique (A.R.T)

Active Release Technique (A.R.T)

Project Description

Active Release Technique (A.R.T) is a soft tissue technique concentrating on problems arising from muscles, fascia, ligaments, tendons and nerves.  ART is the most popular form of soft tissue therapy worldwide, particularly in athletics and has been successful in the treatment of overuse injuries (for example carpal tunnel syndrome, shin splints, tennis and golfers elbow), and acute injuries like lower back and neck pain.

A.R.T is utilized by team therapists across all professional sports and is the primary therapy provided at Ironman events worldwide.
